Mission Statement

The Travis Manion Foundation develops programs, training opportunities, and events designed to empower veterans and families of the fallen, and then inspire them to pass on their values to the next generation and the community at large. Travis Manion Foundation’s signature veteran-led youth development and mentorship program is called Character Does Matter, through which military veterans inspire youth, with a focus on grades four through twelve, to live a life of character in service to their communities. The Character Does Matter program makes up 35% of Travis Manion Foundation’s Program Budget.
