Mission Statement
Operation Second Chance supports veterans and their families by building relationships and supporting their immediate needs and interests, such as emergency financial assistance (e.g. mortgage and rent payments, utilities, groceries, travel, and lodging). OSC also offers retreats to wounded, injured, and ill combat veterans and their families.
