Mission Statement

Our Mission is to honor the service of our Military and First Responders by creating opportunities to express gratitude. Operation Gratitude provides opportunities for the American people to express their gratitude and show our Military and First Responders that we care. Since 2003, with the help of our nationwide network of Volunteers, we have sent a total of 3.5 million Care Packages containing carefully chosen items meant to lift the spirits of our service members, veterans, military families and first responders. Today we send up to 200,000 Care Packages per year, and we are committed to growing that number to over 1 million per year by 2027.
